What is the PE plus program?

PE Plus was developed with the goal of giving teenagers a solid foundation of physical education. The decline in physical education programs in schools has left students without the necessary skills to maintain fitness throughout life.

Learning objectives

  • Proper posture and body awareness
  • Basic movement skills
  • Flexibility exercise
  • Balance and coordination
  • Basic lifting and strength training technique
  • Basic nutrition education

Who should attend?

  • Boys & girls ages 12 to 18
  • Youth athletes (Soccer, football, Gymnastics, Hockey, Cheerleading etc.)
  • Children who are inactive and desire to improve Health and Fitness

Classes  meet once a week for eight weeks. There is a maximum of 12 students per class per hour.
