This is where the Body4golf 2-day golf fitness school will help you maximize your game and play your best. This 2-day school will take you through the 4 phases of the golf performance ladder.

School Objectives

Day One
Golf Fitness Assessment
Flexibility and Stability Exercise


Day Two
Flexibility exercise (Reviewed)
Functional Strength training for Golf
Power training 

Stretching exercises are heavily emphasized during both days because "Muscle Balance and Flexibility as well as "Static and Dynamic Stability" control 80% of ball flight factors (1)."
