Q: What types of services does Expert Fitness Solutions provide?
A: We Integrative Fitness Consulting, Sports Performance and Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise.
We also have business consulting services for commercial and private
facilities.
Q: What do you mean by "Consulting".
A: Our clients hire us for holistic health and fitness assessments,
program design and corrective and high performance exercise
instruction. Like most consultants we work on an hourly basis and
clients are billed accordingly.
Q: What is the difference between a Consultant and a Personal Trainer.
A: Personal trainers typically operate on a per session basis.
Consultants however work on an hourly basis. This is because our
programs are highly comprehensive and very detailed. These types of
programs require a higher level of knowledge, planning and skill.
Q: How long does it usually take to develop a program.
A: A program typically takes 6-10 hours to develop. This would include
a preliminary evaluation, individual program design and instructional
visits.
Q: What if I am interested in long term consulting or frequent visits?
A: All visits are billed on an hourly basis. Our instruction sessions
last about 1 hour. However additional time can be reserved as needed.
We also offer phone coaching which allows for a cost effective way to
receive additional instruction and help you stay on track.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We do not accept insurance reimbursement at this time.
